6. Client Responsibilities

7. Termination
Services are typically offered on a monthly or quarterly basis Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice .
MilaServ may terminate immediately in the event of abuse, fraud, or non-payment Upon termination, access to systems, dashboards, and reports will be revoked
8. Intellectual Property
All work produced by MilaServ teams (e.g., designs, reports, content) under your scope is your intellectual property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.
MilaServ retains the right to use anonymized performance metrics for internal benchmarking and quality improvement
9. Modifications
MilaServ may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- MilaServ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

- Our liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by the client in the previous 2 months
